Call for Nominations: 2026 DocSIG “Mathew Joseph” Mentor Award

The AMA Doctoral Student SIG (DocSIG) is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Mathew Joseph Mentor Award. Recipients of this award are recognised as distinguished mentors for their extensive contributions to doctoral students’ careers.

📍 Recognition: In-Person at 2026 AMA Winter Academic Conference , Madrid, Spain

We encourage nominations across the globe for marketing professors who have provided outstanding mentorship and meet the eligibility criteria to be nominated for the 2026 DocSIG “Mathew Joseph” Mentor Award:

Please note: The award will be presented at the 2026 Winter Academic Conference in Madrid, Spain. Ideally, the award recipient will be recognized and receive the award in person. Thus, the recipient of the 2026 DocSIG “Mathew Joseph” Mentor Award is highly encouraged to attend the conference.

Immediate past winners include Anat Keinan (Boston University, 2025) , Alex Zablah (University of Tennessee, 2024), Maura Scott (Arizona State University, 2023), and Mark Houston (Texas Christian University, 2021).
